Interests & conflict watch

JerseyWay’s conflict engine is built to connect declarations, directorships, property signals, FOI context, procurement, and votes. This page shows the current source map and what is being monitored or prepared for ingestion.

Conflict detection is being staged carefully so evidence stays traceable and defensible.

• Voting analytics are now live and can already highlight members who diverge from the majority, align closely with the same peers, or show abstention / absence patterns.

• The next conflict layer is declarations and interests ingestion, followed by joins against procurement, planning, and ministerial decisions.

• Where a public source is unstable, moved, or anti-bot protected, JerseyWay records the source and preserves the ingestion plan rather than silently dropping the category.

• Interests sources planned: 3

• Interests sources ingested into live linked entities: 0

• Source catalogue entity types tracked: topic, member, department, minister, decision, proposition, constituency, party, question, company, property, foi_request
